Tanzen im Lockdown

“Nichts geht mehr!” Das war die neue Realität, die seit dem ersten ersten Lockdown letzten Jahres für die gesamte Musik-Kultur gilt. Auch das Blöckflöten-Quartett “Flautando Köln”, das jährlich mit vielen Konzerten im In- und Ausland auf der Bühne steht, war das ein herber Schlag.
Nun senden die vier Musikerinnen ein starkes Lebenszeichen. Mit “Tanz für Vier” veröffentlichen sie eine Ersteinspielung mit 2 Tänzen für Holzbläserquartett von Michael Peter Jaeckel. Quasi eine “Coronaparty” für vier Blockflöten, um die Krise wegzutanzen. Mit dem “Heilenden-” und dem “Verzwickten-” Tanz, lassen sich ja vielleicht auch die Wunden in unseren kulturausgedörrten Seelen behandeln.

Dancing in the Lockdown

"Nothing works anymore!" That was the new reality for the entire music culture since the first Lockdown last year. It was also a bitter blow to the "Flautando Köln" flute quartet, which performs many concerts a year in Germany and abroad.
Now the four musicians are sending a strong sign of life. With "Tanz für Vier" (Dance for Four), they are releasing a premiere recording of 2 dances for woodwind quartet by Michael Peter Jaeckel. A "corona party" for four recorders to dance away the crisis. With the "healing" and the "tricky" dance, perhaps the wounds in our culturally parched souls can also be treated.
